in this magical event:
Please remember all pricing below includes classes, guest teachers sound healing, tarot readings, vision quest meditation and sacred prayer rituals and sacred ritual gifts at the retreat site and at the sacred sites. All of these experiences will be spread out over the 3 nights & four days of the retreat. There will be a welcome supper on Thursday night after the opening ceremony. Friday and Saturday offer you three gourmet meals (Breakfast/Lunch/snacks/Dinner) will be offered each day. On Sunday we will have a Brunch before the final Ceremony. These are all included in the cost of the event in the event of food allergies please let us know how we can accommodate you and we will do everything we can to create beautiful meals that suit your needs. Your housing for all 3 nights of this event is also included with the event pricing. Please note that the closing ceremony will be from 12 -1 pm on Sunday and the retreat will close by 2 pm.

If you are interested in having a single room at this event then please inform us of this when you inquire about a retreat contract; an additional cost of $450 is added to the tier payment you choose for this level of accommodation there are no refunds for this add on during the 2025 retreat season it can be rolled over to another event.

The Pricing and How to Deposit:
There are three tiers of pricing for this retreat, and the first tier is the Buy-It-Now Tier. This is for people who know they want to attend. To secure your slot pricing is $2424.00. This tier closes on March 28th, 2025. A $1250 non-refundable deposit is in place for this tier until April 2nd 2025 after that date we are not refundable in this tier.

The second tier of pricing goes from March 14th 2025 and the pricing for this tier is $2,555. A $2,250 non-refundable deposit for this tier is due by April 2rd, 2025. The final balance is due by or before April 19th, 2025 after this date we are non refundable.

The 3rd tier of pricing is available at any time from March 14th, 2025 forward and the cost for this tier is $2,835. This payment plan option has a non-refundable $945 deposit due by March 28th, 2025. The second payment of $945 is due by April 18, 2025 after this date this event is non-refundable, and the third and final payment is due by May 2nd, 2025. This payment is also $945. Please let us know when you're depositing that you are choosing the third option. Thank you!

We use retreat agreements to ensure that retreat attendees understand the non-refundable deposit policy, the no-tolerance for racism or inequality policies, and the open understanding that sacred and intimate things will be shared during the retreat that are not to be used publicly in any way without the express permission of the teachers and the participants present. This includes a no photography, recording, and social media posting policy that is firmly enforced. In order to attend the retreat, you will need to sign the Retreat Agreement and deposit. There is a non refundable deposit of $1250 for tier 1&2
and a $945 deposit for tier 3.
The non refundable deposit for this event cannot be rolled over.
No refund for cancellation 30 days within the event cycle. For this event that date is April 14th 2025. In the event that you need to cancel within 30 days of the event you will be able to roll over your event payment one time minus your non-refundable deposit to any event in the 2025 cycle with the understanding that their may be a balance due if the new event is priced higher.
